Who we are
This website is run by Matthew Boyle, trading as Local Maps Marketing, based in London, United Kingdom. Matthew Boyle is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect your name, email address, business name and anything you choose to write in the message field. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a request you made) and, where you go on to work with us, taking steps to enter into a contract. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by email using Resend (our email delivery provider), and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and we need the records for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@badgeralerts.live and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
